At Crumbl Merch, we want you to love your gear as much as a fresh cookie; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
